Deliver specialist psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families. Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 9–18 months using a range of psychological approaches.
Responsibilities

- →Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 9–18 months using a range of psychological approaches.
- →Develop treatment formulations based on thorough diagnostic assessments within a structured framework.
- →Offer specialist consultation to staff, supporting therapeutic approaches and care planning.
- →Act as keyworker, reviewing care plans and coordinating TAC meetings.
- →Assess and monitor risk, implementing appropriate risk management plans.
- →Work flexibly across community settings, residential homes, and virtual platforms as part of a hybrid model.
