Locum Band 5 Pharmacy Technician - MMT ACT - West London

• →Provide ward-based medicines management services to support patient care.
• →Undertake medicines reconciliation and obtain accurate medication histories.
• →Perform Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) duties in accordance with local policies and procedures.
• →Support the safe and effective supply of medicines across the ward.
• →Identify and resolve medicines-related issues in collaboration with the pharmacy and clinical teams.
• →Promote medicines optimisation and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
• →Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

• Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Hold Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) status.
• Have Medicines Management Technician (MMT) experience.
• Possess previous NHS hospital experience, ideally within a ward-based setting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medicines management and pharmacy procedures.
• Be confident working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Have excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
