Pulse is recruiting an experienced Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to deliver specialist assessment and intervention for children under 2 years of age, including babies with eating and drinking difficulties. This role spans clinic‑based work, home visits, and virtual appointments where appropriate.
You will join a supportive early‑years service, providing high‑quality clinical care and contributing to safe, effective feeding pathways for infants and toddlers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide specialist assessment and intervention for infant feeding and swallowing difficulties
- →Manage a caseload of children aged 0–2 years with early communication and feeding needs
- →Deliver therapy across clinics, patients’ homes, and virtual platforms
- →Work collaboratively with families, carers, and MDT colleagues
- →Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- →Contribute to early‑years pathway development and service improvement
Requirements
~1 min read- Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree
- HCPC‑registered and RCSLT‑registered
- Postgraduate paediatric dysphagia training
- Experience working with babies and young children with feeding/eating/drinking needs
- Confident working independently across community settings
