Responsibilities

This role is based within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), focusing on the care of older adults. Key responsibilities include conducting dementia assessments, providing accurate diagnoses, and supporting the development of individualised treatment plans. The successful candidate must hold Section 12 approval and be an Approved Clinician. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
