We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales & Social Media Representative to help grow our studio community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a passion for fitness and wellness, and is comfortable creating engaging social media content.
Position Overview
The Sales & Social Media Representative is responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with prospective clients, converting leads into memberships, supporting member retention, and helping grow our studio's social media presence.
Sales & Member Experience
- Generate leads through follow-up, networking, and community outreach.
- Follow up with prospective clients through text, phone, and email.
- Conduct studio tours, introduce prospects to Pure Barre, and recommend membership options.
- Build relationships with new and existing members while providing exceptional customer service.
- Work toward monthly sales and membership goals.
- Assist with studio events, promotions, and community partnerships.
Social Media & Marketing
- Create and capture engaging photo and video content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Assist with planning and posting social media content, including Reels, Stories, and promotional posts.
- Help promote studio events, challenges, membership offers, and community partnerships.
- Stay current with social media trends and bring creative ideas to grow engagement and brand awareness.
Studio Operations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
- Attend required training and team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Comfortable taking photos, recording videos, and creating social media content.
- Creative, outgoing, and confident engaging with people.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Fitness, wellness, sales, or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
