What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that responds to property damage emergencies. With a One Team mindset, you will:
- Manage Customer satisfaction and represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism
- Perform restoration services following company guidelines
- Maintain and organize vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Work closely with your supervisor to keep projects efficient and on track
- Follow uniform and policy standards to uphold our brand identity
- Leave every jobsite clean, orderly, and ready for the next step
- Develop technical expertise through hands-on work
- Keep equipment and products clean and in top condition
- Communicate clearly with office staff, supervisors, and teammates
