Are you the kind of person who sees what needs to be done, makes a plan, and gets moving?

And can you recognize when a homeowner is stressed or overwhelmed, show empathy, and communicate in a way that helps them understand what happens next?

PuroClean Restoration Specialists is looking for a Lead Technician who can take ownership of restoration projects and lead our team in the field.

Our customers call us after water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage. We need someone who can walk into that situation, connect with the customer, lead the team, and keep the job moving.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

Are a self-starter who can take ownership of a job once you understand the scope.
Can lead others, give clear direction, and work alongside your team.
Have empathy and can read people and adjust how you communicate.
Have a sense of urgency and understand that restoration work can't wait.
Are detail-oriented. Photos, documentation, equipment, cleanliness, and the little things matter.
Are process-oriented and understand the importance of doing things the right way consistently.
Are a problem solver who recognizes issues and takes action.
Have strong follow-through and don't leave loose ends for someone else.

What You'll Do

Create a plan and lead technicians in executing it
Communicate with customers throughout the project
Take photos, moisture readings, and document work daily
Follow IICRC standards, company processes, and safety requirements
Identify problems or changes in scope and communicate them promptly
Keep jobs moving while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism

What Success Looks Like

The job keeps moving without someone having to chase you.

Your team knows the plan. The customer understands what's happening and trusts the process. Your documentation tells the story of the job. Problems are identified early. The job site is clean and professional.

Most importantly, you take ownership—from understanding what needs to happen through making sure it gets done right.

Benefits

$24 to $30/hour, depending on experience
