Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

One of Pushpay's focus areas over the next 12–18 months is to enhance our products by delivering impactful, customer-centric improvements across our platform. To execute this, we are hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers who can seamlessly connect backend reliability with intuitive user interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, SREs, UX Designers, and Delivery Leads to craft end-to-end features that connect millions globally. If you enjoy taking complex problems from database architecture down to modern frontend design—and mentoring others along the way—this role offers significant impact and growth.

• Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack features across our core SaaS platforms.
• Write clean, modular backend code in .NET/C# while crafting interactive UI components using modern frontend tools.
• Partner with UX designers and product teams to bridge technical feasibility and intuitive UI design.
• Build efficient RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration between client applications and backend systems.
• Mentor team members, participate in peer code reviews, and drive best practices across frontend and backend domains.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering production web applications end-to-end.
• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET and C# with experience in web service design, microservices, and databases.
• Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, Vue, or Angular) alongside standard CSS/HTML best practices.
• System Architecture: Solid experience designing client-server contracts, managing API performance, and building scalable codebases.
• Delivery & DevOps: Practice with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery.
• Mindset: Pragmatic problem solver who takes ownership, values team growth, and stays curious about new technology.
