AI / Software Engineering Manager (m/f)

Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI Manager (m/f), where you will lead the development and delivery of AI and data science solutions for leading global clients. • →Lead and manage cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers delivering AI and Machine Learning solutions. 

• →Design and architect scalable AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Science techniques. 

• →Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring quality and timelines are met. 

• →Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable technical strategies. 

• →Mentor team members, develop their capabilities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. 

• →Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, and governance across the team. 

• →Actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatPwC to enhance productivity, improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and solve complex problems responsibly.

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with proven track record leading technical teams. 

• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex AI/data science projects end-to-end. 

• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn). 

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision. 

• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. 

• Experience with SQL databases and data engineering practices. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence senior-level clients and executives. 

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals and ROI. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.

Salary: From 4000 EUR/month

(The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus linked to individual results and the company’s success.)
