AI Solution Analyst - Senior Associate & Manager

Role Purpose 

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI-powered agents and Copilots using M365 Copilot and PwC’s proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) and Agentic tool, and other approved AI platforms  

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and effective AI solutions 

• Deliver measurable business value by redesigning work for people and Agents to work together. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, AI Solution Engineers and Architects, and LoS AI Product Portfolio Owners to deliver AI capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Participate in AI use-case discovery sessions, assess business value, feasibility and solution fit, refine requirements, and identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement. 

• Design and develop and document agentic AI solutions using approved AI platforms 

• Create and optimise prompts, skills, workflows, orchestrations, and agent behaviours to meet business objectives. 

• Collaborate with AI Solution Engineers to confirm feasibility and input into defined technical architectures, integration requirements, and solution patterns for more complex solutions. 

• Use integrations between AI agents and enterprise applications, data sources (including SharePoint), MCP servers and APIs, and Microsoft 365 services where required. 

• Apply Generative AI and LLM best practices including evaluation and testing to maximise solution quality, relevance, and reliability. 

• Ensure all solutions comply with AI governance, security, privacy, risk management, and Responsible AI standards. 

• Support business users during UAT execution and analyse feedback and defects. 

• Support deployment planning, adoption activities, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams while providing ongoing technical support 

• Contribute to the development of reusable components, development standards, and best practices for agentic AI delivery. 

• AI Use Case Discovery & Business Value Alignment.

• LLM Solution design including prompt and context engineering and agentic orchestration best practices

• Generative AI and LLM Technologies including Skills, Tools and MCP

• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Grounding.

• AI Governance, Security, Privacy and Responsible AI.

• Claude Code and GitHub Copilot (or other) tools and AI assisted development

• Cloud and Cloud AI Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Claude, ChatGPT etc).

• Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK capabilities 

• Adoption of AI Solutions
