They continuously expand a shared code library to uphold the highest standards across projects, follow individual development plans shaped by market and project needs, and deliver some of the most innovative Customer Experience solutions for our clients.

We are looking for:

Shape and deliver enhancements that improve the experience for campaign managers, CRM users and recipients of marketing communications,

Own integrations across web, marketing, event and sales tools, safeguarding data flow quality and driving further improvements,

Triage, prioritise and resolve technical incidents reported by users,

Track and analyse digital platform performance, turning insights into actionable optimisation recommendations,

Build and execute a data quality strategy covering retention, record improvements and structural optimisation,

Keep your finger on the pulse of marketing automation trends and best practices to ensure we never stand still.

At least 3 years' experience working with Oracle Eloqua,

Hands-on experience with system integrations via APIs or dedicated connectors,

Working knowledge of SQL and/or SOQL,

A very good command of English (min. B2),

A university degree in IT (preferred) or Marketing,

Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail,

Solid organisational and time management skills,

The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment,

A current base in one of the CEE territories.

Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) or other CRM platforms.
