Role purpose

The Cluster PMO establishes and maintains the programme management framework required to coordinate and control delivery of a large-scale transformation within the Cluster. The role creates the governance, planning discipline and management transparency needed for effective execution, while connecting local delivery with the regional programme management framework.

This is not an administrative project support role. The Cluster PMO provides reliable programme information, drives delivery discipline and enables timely management decisions and escalation.
