We are currently looking for a FIS Quantum and/or Kyriba Expert to reinforce our Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium, which acts as a Centre of Excellence in the global PwC network. We are looking for a qualified individual who has solid expertise and a willingness to contribute to the further growth of our team in the following areas:

  • Treasury technology transformations: strategy, selection & implementation of the Treasury Technology stack, with a focus on FIS Quantum and/or Kyriba
  • Drive and support business development for our Treasury technology & transformation practice

Your impact
  • Advise clients and support their treasury systems implementation journey, with a focus on FIS Quantum and/or Kyriba — from design and project management through to hands-on implementation support, including system configuration, training, testing and go-live support across treasury processes.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert within the wider PwC network on FIS Quantum and/or Kyriba projects by providing insights and best-practice solutions.
  • Advise clients on their best-fit treasury technology strategy, architecture and systems landscape.
  • Guide clients in selecting the tools that best match their requirements, including TMS, Payment Factory, EBAM/BAM and other treasury technology solutions, leveraging your market knowledge.
  • Lead projects with a continuous focus on improving ways of working and delivery quality, while coaching and supervising junior team members on the job.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help grow PwC’s position in the treasury systems consulting market.
  • Bring innovation into client conversations, including AI, automation, data analytics and visualisation in treasury.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a treasury system vendor and/or in treasury consulting, with a strong client-facing role advising clients on treasury technology transformation and implementation projects.
  • Relevant certifications in FIS products and/or Kyriba, or equivalent hands-on implementation experience, enabling you to engage confidently with clients and system vendors while facilitating implementation and transformation projects.
  • In-depth functional and/or technical knowledge of FIS Quantum and/or Kyriba and hands-on experience with key treasury systems.
  • Expertise in leading treasury system implementations (with a focus on FIS Quantum and/or Kyriba) will be a strong value add.
  • Experience leading blueprinting, connectivity and integration design, and advising clients on how to streamline their treasury IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity management, payments, bank connectivity, risk management and treasury accounting.
  • Knowledge of treasury accounting, including cash accounting and financial accounting. Experience with accounting for complex derivatives is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of standard payment formats and related timelines, including ISO 20022 migration requirements and timelines. Knowledge of local payment formats in regions such as North America, APAC or LATAM is an advantage.
  • Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in treasury, including AI, data analytics and visualisation.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, including a track record of solution ownership, experience as a lead consultant on large-scale projects, and the ability to manage complex client engagements autonomously.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English.

Additional experience we value
  • A broader understanding of treasury advisory services, including cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, treasury accounting and treasury transaction support.

  • Expertise in Payment Factory, BAM, EBAM or other treasury systems.
  • Previous experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP implementations in a treasury environment.
  • Experience with SWIFT onboarding and helping clients migrate from ad-hoc connectivity solutions to SWIFT-based connectivity.
  • Expertise in implementing API connectors or comparable solutions, either to integrate external systems into a treasury environment or to streamline banking integration.
  • Specialist certifications from ICC, such as GTC or CTFP, or ACT certifications such as CertICM.
