Job Description & Summary 

A career within Data & Analytics Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences. 

 

*Responsibilities:  

1. Current-State Assessment & Opportunity Identification 

· Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the current state and pain points across key pillars, including Data, Technology, Process, People, and Risk & Controls. 

· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize tasks, sub-processes, or areas where friction is acute and AI can provide a significant impact. 

· Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to perform in-depth current-state analysis and uncover opportunities for automation and optimization. 

2. AI/GenAI Proof-of-Concept (POC) Development 

· Develop end-to-end, tailored solutions as POCs that directly target identified business friction and pain points. 

· Ensure that each POC is both representative of a broader challenge and impactful enough to serve as a tangible demonstration of the proposed automated solution in a target state. 

· Contribute to the rapid development of AI/GenAI and Report Rationalization proof-of-concepts. 

3. Solution Design & Strategic Recommendation 

· Assist in translating successful POCs into scalable, end-to-end automated workflow designs. 

· Develop data-driven, strategic recommendations for report rationalization and process simplification based on POC findings. 

· Act as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business needs and technical possibilities to ensure solutions are both innovative and practical, and compliant with risk, control, and model/AI governance requirements. 

 

*Mandatory skill sets  

AI/GenAI Acumen: Strong interest and ability to work with AI/GenAI-powered tools and methodologies for analysis and proof-of-concept development. 

· Business Process Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes, identifying pain points, and collaborating with business teams to define requirements. 

· Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand the current state, identify opportunities, and contribute to the vision for a future, automated state. 

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong capability to work with diverse business and technology teams and present complex information clearly. 

· Problem-Solving: A strong passion for solving problems and developing innovative, tailored solutions that deliver tangible business impact. 

· Agile Proficiency: Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like Jira for requirements documentation and project tracking.
