Job Description & Summary 

A career within Data & Analytics Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences. 

 

*Responsibilities:  

• Experience: 10–12 years 
  Role level: Manager 

• Required Experience and Skills 

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Governance, data management, data consulting, enterprise data platforms, or related product roles. 

• Strong experience in large scale and end to end implementation of at least one DG platform like as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Atlan, IBM Knowledge Catalog etc. 

• Strong understanding of Data Governance operating models, roles, policies, processes, controls, and enabling technology. 

• Hands-on assessment, implementation, product-management, or advisory experience with one or more major Data Governance platforms. 

 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• Experience conducting product/tool evaluations, capability assessments, maturity assessments, or vendor selections. 

• Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder needs into capabilities, requirements, epics, and an actionable roadmap. 

• Working knowledge of metadata, lineage, data quality, privacy, security, cloud data platforms, integration patterns, and APIs. 

• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and executive communication skills. 

• Ability to balance strategic ambition with delivery feasibility and architectural constraints. 

• Experience leading small consulting or cross-functional teams and independently owning senior-client conversations. 

• (Preferred but not essential) DAMA/CDMP, DCAM, cloud, privacy, product-management, or Agile certification.
