• →Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbots tailored to specific requirements.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.
• →Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• →Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, implementing cutting-edge techniques into chatbot development.
• →Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• →Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis.
• →Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly chatbot interfaces.
• →Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization.
• →Document chatbot development processes, algorithms, and code for future reference and collaboration.
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for chatbot development

Mandatory skill sets:

• →Strong programming skills in languages such as JSON, Microsoft Azure, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
• →In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow).
• →Experience with chatbot development platforms and tools (e.g., Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson).
• →Proficiency in integrating chatbots with APIs and other 3rd party applications.
• →Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• →Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• →Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical people.
• →Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• →Experience with testing and quality control.

Education qualification:

•             Ph.D. or master's in computer science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Science, Information Engineering or related field

•             5+ years of experience in NLP

•             Deep understanding of NLP techniques and systems
