Senior Associate

• →You are the day-to-day point of contact for clients and Managers on projects. You work with client teams to deliver high quality outputs;
• →Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that enterprise clients face;
• →You execute all the key day-day tasks on a digital strategy projects for our clients;
• →You support strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs.
• →You synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to ensure design decisions address their needs.
• →You support ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of features and use cases.

• A relevant Master’s degree, preferably with an organisational/ business focus and/or technical focus
• Strong business sense, analytical skills, and numerical understanding
• Proven project execution skills
• A representative appearance and proactive, independent attitude
• Excellent communicative skills in English (written and oral)
• 3 -4 years proven and relevant work experience in a similar role as a (internal or external) consultant or relevant business function

• Digital Strategy assessment and development
• Business processes assessment and optimization
• Business research and analysis, including financial analysis
• Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers
• Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops
• (Business Model) Innovation & Business Design

• Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
• Advanced English communication skills
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Ability to express and present own opinion, objective line of reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a team and stress resilience
• Diligence, punctuality, a systematic responsible approach
