Our team helps our clients optimise cash flow and reduce risk by managing challenges related to indirect taxes. You’ll support our clients with all aspects of indirect taxation related to global, regional and domestic projects as well as comprehensive restructuring and reporting value added tax projects.
Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on indirect tax issues, including VAT, SST, customs duties, and other related taxes.

Conduct thorough tax compliance and indirect tax return preparations.

Identify and assess indirect tax risks and opportunities for clients.

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on savings opportunities.

Supervision of day-to-day administration of a client portfolio.

Carry out SST research and preparation of SST reports/advices.

Requirements
~1 min readA recognised degree in Economics, Finance or related subjects or professional accounting qualification
At least 2-3 years’ track record of SST related working experience
Working experience in SST implementation work would be an added advantage
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay languages
Well organized, able to multitask and priorities assignment
