Senior Associate

These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.

Those in learning assessment at PwC will focus on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating learning outcomes, providing feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives and enhance employee development.

Support the team to execute the Assurance Learning & Development agenda. Some examples include: 

• Support senior team members in collaborating with business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs to support business goals 

• Help to implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend learning solutions/enhancements 

• Have a good understanding about the ‘Future of Learning’ needs, able to design programmes using innovative ways including action learning, self-directed learning, digital learning, blended learning etc.  

• Support senior team members in working with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned to business needs 

• Deliver and facilitate learning solutions (with support from senior team members, where needed) 

• Help to assess the effectiveness and impact of the learning solution by leveraging technology where appropriate and use learning analytics to draw insight and make data-driven decisions. 

• End to end management of learning solutions with proven experience in project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment 

• Manage regulatory requirements and reporting to ensure full compliance 

• Provide suggestions and execute process enhancement to drive efficiencies 

• Have fun as you work with the team
