Pyka’s goal is to provide society with a new form of safe, clean, and cost-effective transportation enabled by autonomous electric aviation.

To get there, we’re taking a different approach than most. We're applying our technologies to every industry where autonomous electric aircraft can be useful, starting with the highest value and most dangerous jobs. In doing so, we're building game-changing products manufactured at scale, while perfecting the safety, reliability, and capabilities of our autonomy engine and electric propulsion systems.

We design, develop and manufacture an ecosystem of technologies including proprietary flight control software, avionics, high power density motors, motor controllers, batteries, and custom carbon-fiber composite airframes.

Today, we supply autonomous electric aircraft for cargo transport and crop protection to real-world customers across four separate continents and have secured industry-first regulatory approvals from the FAA. Our cargo aircraft enables remote connectivity, enhances express delivery networks, and ensures fast and reliable shipping of critical supplies to areas in need. Our crop protection aircraft offers agricultural services providers and farmers an autonomous tool to make aerial application safer, more precise, and less harmful to surrounding environments. Both vehicles are highly economical to operate, easy to deploy, and significantly reduce C02 emissions in their respective industries.

What you work on at Pyka makes people’s lives better now and brings the future of electric aviation one step closer each day.

Pyka is seeking a Logistics Analyst to coordinate the movement of aircraft parts, tools, and equipment across our Brazil operations. Based in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, you will be the central point of coordination for shipments, inventory visibility, logistics partners, and documentation—helping ensure critical materials reach aircraft and operational sites when needed.

You will work closely with our Brazil Operations and Maintenance teams, US Logistics team, external partners, couriers, and customs brokers. This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining shipment tracking, analytical problem-solving, process improvement, and occasional receiving and dispatch activities. You will report to the Finance and Business Manager in Brazil, Fwith functional guidance from our US Logistics Manager.

  • Coordinate international shipments of aircraft parts, tools, and equipment between the US and Brazil, monitoring customs clearance, shipment milestones, documentation, delivery dates, and exceptions.

  • Track imports through customer-managed channels, distributors, couriers, and customs brokers; proactively identify missing information and escalate delays.

  • Coordinate domestic distribution from partner inventory to customer farms and operational sites, confirming shipment requests, routing, delivery instructions, and receipt.

  • Evaluate shipping options based on urgency, part location, lead time, cost, and documentation; coordinate urgent movements within established approval and escalation processes.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in Odoo, including locations, quantities, movements, and serial or lot information where applicable; reconcile discrepancies with logistics partners.

  • Coordinate inventory cycle counts, warehouse audits, stock availability checks, and replenishment recommendations with relevant teams.

  • When required, receive, inspect for visible damage, identify, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials under approved procedures; refer technical suitability decisions to Maintenance.

  • Monitor logistics provider performance, lead times, delivery reliability, and service exceptions; follow up on corrective actions.

  • Maintain a centralized shipment and exception tracker with clear owners, statuses, deadlines, and next actions; provide regular reporting on key logistics metrics.

  • Document and improve workflows to reduce unnecessary expedited freight, repeated follow-ups, and shipping errors; collaborate with US and Brazil stakeholders on consistent processes.

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or a closely related function.

  • Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field.

  • Practical experience coordinating Brazilian imports, customs brokers, international couriers, and domestic transportation providers.

  • Experience using an ERP or inventory management system and strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and working English sufficient to review shipping documents, provide written updates, and coordinate routinely with US colleagues.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple time-sensitive requests and escalate issues effectively.

  • Willingness to support physical receiving, packing, and dispatch when needed, following established safety and handling procedures.

  • Experience in aviation, agricultural operations, spare-parts distribution, or other time-critical field service environments.

  • Experience with Odoo, inventory reconciliation, warehouse audits, and logistics provider performance reviews.

  • Experience improving shipment tracking, reporting, or cross-functional logistics processes.

  • Advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency to support potential future regional coordination.

  • We understand that candidates bring different strengths and experiences, and you don’t need to meet every qualification to be considered. If this role excites you, we’d love to learn more about you. You may be a great fit even if your background doesn’t align perfectly with the list.
