Manager - Category Management

This role is vital in developing and executing category strategies, driving cost efficiencies, and fostering supplier relationships to support the company's ambitious vision for growth and excellence.

• →Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives
• → Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities
• → Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives
• → Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
• → Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where needed
• → Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management
• → Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives
• → Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• → Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
