Responsibilities

→Implement and train others on treatment plans and goals.
→Model appropriate techniques related to the implementation of treatment plans and goals.
→Maintain all required certifications.
→Supervise Group Leaders and Habilitation Specialists in the implementation of treatment plans and goals.
→Maintain individual/family confidentiality.
→Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
→Attendance and punctuality is essential.
→Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.

Requirements

Ability to run.
Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
