Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in process and program management within a software development environment, preferably in a POS or related industry.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience in Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
