R&D – Mobile Agentic Systems SW Engineer

## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Engineering General Summary: Qualcomm’s Mobile Agentic Systems power AI-centric ecosystems on Snapdragon chipsets, enabling intelligent on-device experiences and delivering value to ecosystem partners and customers. We are seeking talented and motivated Mobile Agentic Systems SW Engineer to develop on-device agentic solutions on Snapdragon platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-device AI technologies, and agentic systems and be familiar with Android platforms. Skills/Experience * Solid programming skills in C/C++, Java/Kotlin, Python. * Solid understanding of agentic system architecture. Familiar with open-source agentic systems such as Google ADK, Pi, or similar systems. * Experience in model selection, edge deploying, accelerating/optimizing and evaluation. * Familiar with on-device AI runtimes such as Qualcomm AI Stack, LiteRT, ONNX, ExecuTorch, Llama.cpp or similar frameworks. * Solid understanding of Android system, familiar with Android development. * Experience in developing on-device Agentic Systems/AI software on Android. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain Qualcomm Mobile Agentic Systems software on Android. * Optimize agentic systems software for performance, memory, and power efficiency. * Provide technical support for customer requirements. * Document and share knowledge within the team. Education Requirements Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years’ experience. Or Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 1+ years’ experience.
