We are looking for MBA or MS Finance/Accounting graduates to start from Summer 2027 as full-time Senior of Staff Financial Analyst in our San Diego headquarter. The successful candidate will be assigned to a role based on strengths and prior work experience. The position is strongly team-oriented and involves working within financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, technical accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax, and/or investor relations. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other organizations within the company. Responsibilities: * Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions. * Provide insights to the management team on financial performance and trends. * Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. * Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating no earlier than 2027. * 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. * 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). * 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization. * 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $90,600.00 - $135,800.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
