## Company: Qualcomm France S.A.R.L. ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > ASICS Engineering General Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to contribute to the architecture, micro-architecture, and RTL design of next-generation SoCs and compute platforms. Preferred Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in SoC architecture and digital design. * Strong understanding of SoC architectures, memory subsystems, and Network-on-Chip (NoC) concepts. * Knowledge of ARM and/or RISC-V based systems. * Familiarity with cache coherency, virtualization, MMU/SMMU, and memory architectures. * Understanding of accelerators and high-performance computing systems. * Experience with industry-standard interfaces such as AXI, CHI, DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet. * Hands-on experience with RTL development. * Good knowledge of front-end design flows including synthesis, lint, CDC, DFT, and formal verification. * Strong communication and technical leadership skills. Responsibilities * Define SoC and subsystem architectures and micro-architectures. * Develop and integrate CPUs, accelerators, memory, and interconnect solutions. * Write and maintain high-quality RTL. * Collaborate with architecture, verification, physical design, and software teams. * Drive design convergence from architecture to silicon. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or * Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or * PhD and 4+ years of relevant experience.
