About the Role

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
Experience programming CNC laser cutting equipment, press brakes, punch presses, or similar fabrication equipment.
Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and manufacturing methods.
Knowledge of tooling, machine setup requirements, and production workflow.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/MRP systems.

Nice to Have

Technical degree or certification.
Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Experience with nesting software such as SigmaNEST, TruTops, BySoft, or similar platforms.
Experience programming Amada, Trumpf, Mazak, or comparable CNC equipment.
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
APICS, SME, or other manufacturing-related certifications.
