✓Support laboratory bench-scale batching activities

✓Oversee pilot-scale GMP production, including batch analysis and process optimization

✓Participate in technology transfer initiatives across manufacturing sites

✓Lead or support process validation activities, including protocol development and report writing

✓Provide technical guidance to manufacturing and packaging teams during validation and production

✓Conduct root cause investigations and contribute to CAPA development

✓Troubleshoot process issues ranging from simple to moderately complex

✓Analyze process and equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities

✓Develop solutions to prevent recurring manufacturing issues

✓Perform cost-benefit analyses for process improvements

✓Support post-validation monitoring and ensure adherence to regulatory commitments

✓Ensure all projects meet business, quality, and compliance standards

✓Operate and support the use of production and laboratory equipment (e.g., mixers, pH meters, tachometers)

✓Collaborate with technical teams to transition products from development to commercialization

✓Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
Equivalent experience in a manufacturing or research environment may be considered

3–5 years of experience managing projects from development through commercialization
Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or personal care manufacturing preferred
