Responsibilities

  • →Provide leadership and guidance to CNC operators as needed
  • →Perform setups and changeovers
  • →Troubleshoot machine issues
  • →Perform scheduled maintenance plans for all machines
  • →Keep work areas safe, productive, and clean
  • →Assist in maintaining team efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience of CNC machine set ups and/or programming required
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret mechanical blueprints
  • Proficient in using digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other measurement tool.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. independently required
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Dedicated work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with FANUC controls is a plus
  • Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming required
