About the Role:
The Data Mapping Agent is a critical role supporting a New York-based C-level advisory firm. You will be responsible for identifying high-level executive talent (C-suite and Senior Management) to help Private Equity firms make informed investment decisions. This is a high-quality, high-nuance role. We are not looking for simple data entry; we need agents who can think critically, verify complex professional histories, and provide strategic insights into the executive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Mapping: Conduct deep-dive research to identify top-tier executives within specific sectors (Tech, Healthcare, Industrials, etc.).
• Data Accuracy: Populate standardized Excel templates with executive contact info, career history, and current roles.
• Critical Verification: Go beyond the surface level to verify if an executive has moved into a new full-time role or board position. Accuracy is the #1 priority to ensure the NYC outreach team has reliable data.
• Strategic Suggestion: Analyse the project scope and proactively suggest additional companies or "bonus" profiles that fit the client’s investment criteria.
• Quality Control: Self-audit all work to ensure "nuance" is captured-identifying details that automated tools often miss.

Requirements:

• Strong English Communication skills.
• Fresh graduate from any discipline.
• Think strategically; going beyond basic instructions, quick learner and Highly adaptable and agile
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, advanced Google searches, and business news outlets.
• High proficiency in Excel for data organization and formatting.
• Consistently produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
