QA Analyst (Mid)

• →Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and system enhancements.

• →Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• →Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.

• →Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).

• →Perform exploratory, regression, and system testing to ensure product quality.

• →Work with the QA team to maintain and improve test automation suites where applicable.

• →Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance issues.

• →Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA standards, processes, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• →Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• →ISTQB-CTAL-TA/TTA/TAE or similar professional qualification.

• →2+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role, preferably within an Agile software development environment.

• →Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• →Experience with defect tracking tools and test case management systems.

• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• →Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• →Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or equivalent).

• →Experience with enterprise software, financial services, or regulated industries is advantageous.
