→Review construction drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents.
→Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for plumbing and wet-side mechanical systems.
→Develop material, equipment, and labor estimates.
→Assist in preparing complete project estimates, bids, and proposals.
→Identify project scope, requirements, exclusions, and potential discrepancies within plans and specifications.
→Work closely with experienced estimators who will provide guidance, training, and mentorship as you develop your estimating skills and grow your career.
→Organize takeoffs and estimating information clearly and accurately.
→Help ensure estimates are completed accurately and within bid deadlines.
→Collaborate with estimators and other team members throughout the estimating process.
→Maintain organized project files and estimating documentation.
→Review completed estimates and project feedback to continually improve estimating accuracy.
→Take on increasingly complex estimating responsibilities as your experience and knowledge grow.

1–2 years of plumbing and wet-side mechanical construction estimating experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience performing digital plan takeoffs.
Basic understanding of plumbing and/or wet-side mechanical construction systems.
Experience with Trimble AutoBid or other estimating/takeoff software preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet bid deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the company.
