Service & Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and pumps, identify additional issues, and communicate findings to customers.
Installation: Install plumbing systems and components per manufacturer specifications and company standards, ensuring proper operation.
Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks.
Customer Interaction: Provide professional communication, educate customers on maintenance, and offer recommendations.
Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations, adhere to plumbing codes, and participate in safety training.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and inventory levels.
Emergency Response: Handle urgent service calls, including nights and weekends, and work in various challenging environments.
Leadership & Training: Mentor junior technicians and support SOP development for plumbing services.

OSHA 10 certification required; additional certifications preferred.
3–5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial settings.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and local codes.
Proficiency with plumbing tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and endure physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights.
Must wear required PPE when necessary.
