Traveling Sheet Metal Superintendent

The Traveling HVAC & Sheet Metal Superintendent leads field operations for industrial HVAC and sheet metal projects across multiple states. This role oversees installation, manpower, scheduling, safety, quality, and daily project execution while working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams.

Our traveling Superintendents have the opportunity to work on data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial, and other mission-critical projects.

• →Lead daily HVAC and sheet metal field operations.
• →Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• →Manage installation activities to meet schedule and project requirements.
• →Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and workmanship.
• →Coordinate closely with Project Managers and field leadership.
• →Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
• →Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• →Support project milestones, turnover, and closeout.

• 5+ years of HVAC/sheet metal field leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and sheet metal installation.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
