Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Product Ownership: Own the product lifecycle, including roadmap development, market introduction, and ongoing optimization.
- →Market Requirements: Identify and prioritize market needs through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and emerging trends to define product specifications.
- →Product Specifications: Collaborate with engineering teams to translate market needs into detailed product specifications, ensuring performance and quality standards.
- →Performance to Content: Ensure alignment of product performance with content requirements, balancing technical feasibility and customer expectations.
- →Commercialization: Develop and execute strategies to bring quantum products to market, including go-to-market plans, customer training, and performance feedback.
- →Customer Engagement: Act as a primary external-facing representative of QCi’s product portfolio, engaging with customers to gather insights, provide solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, business development, and leadership to drive innovation and ensure seamless product delivery.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in physics, engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in quantum computing, photonics, or advanced hardware systems.
- Proven track record of leading products from concept to commercialization in a high-tech environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with quantum technologies, advanced electronics, or nanophotonics.
- Experience working in agile environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
