Music Training Specialist

Description

• →Report to the Manager of Training;
• →Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverMusic curriculum;
• →Lead virtual and in-person training/sales sessions for teachers on QuaverMusic resources;
• →Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the QuaverMusic resources;
• →Host virtual events for QuaverMusic users and prospective customers;
• →Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd in booths and lead conference sessions; and
• →Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• →5+ years experience teaching in a K-8 setting;
• →Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, or a related field preferred;
• →Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred;
• →Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred;
• →Experience with online curricula and curriculum development, use of QuaveMusic preferred; and
• →Excellent communications and relationship skills.

The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
