Maintenance Technician - (Tampa)

Overview responsibilities: Complete basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance/equipment install & maintenance, construction, minor automotive repair, etc. Coordinate, prioritize and complete work orders and special projects independently, effectively and in a cost-conscious manner with minimal direct supervision. Providing polite, professional customer service in order to maintain a good working relationship with all operational staff and management.  Respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends in rotation with maintenance team. Perform preventative maintenance at all locations including but not limited to HVAC filters and tablets, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, light bulb replacement, etc. Complete minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles.  Transport vehicles for repairs or use at various facilities.   Qualifications Required: High school diploma required 2+ years construction, maintenance or similar experience required Valid Driver’s License in good standing HVAC certification preferred Electrical, plumbing or small motor vehicle certification preferred All basic tools used for general maintenance projects supplied by technician Previous working experience utilizing large rented equipment (Bobcat, trench digger, jackhammer, cherry picker, etc.) and basic office equipment Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future
