Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on digital banking builds/releases.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UX designers to ensure quality standards are upheld.

Maintain and execute manual test cases.
Contribute to building and executing basic automated test scripts is a plus.

2+ years of experience in QA testing (digital banking or fintech environment experience is a plus).
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing methodologies.
Experience with using Jira or similar tools.
Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, and usage automation tools like BrowserStack is a bonus.
Understanding of banking products and digital user journeys is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to articulate issues and work with cross-functional teams.
Proactive and eager to learn, especially digital banking trends.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks.
