• →3–4 years of experience in SQL Server Database Administration.
• →Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019, SQL Server 2022.
• →Proficiency in database troubleshooting.
• →Experience with Backup & Recovery, database migrations, and HA/DR solutions.
• →Hands-on experience with Always On Availability Groups.
• →Understanding of SQL Server Security, Auditing, and Compliance practices.
• →Exposure to AWS RDS for SQL Server administration and support.
• →Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.
• →Familiarity with Windows Server administration.
• →Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• →Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD processes for database deployments.
• Experience with ticketing and service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.
• Microsoft SQL Server certifications preferred.
