Lead the development and delivery of software features and enhancements within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership through solution design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Ensure products meet functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Global R&D, Services, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and engineering efficiency.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, and career development planning.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Lead and contribute to software development activities across the full development lifecycle.
Drive technical design sessions, estimation activities, and sprint planning discussions.
Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and architectural guidelines.
Ensure delivery quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing.
Manage team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, and support employee development plans.
Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
Promote a customer-focused mindset by understanding customer use cases and delivering scalable cloud solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of software development experience using Java or .NET.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with Java development and modern frontend technologies including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with REST/SOAP web services and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift/OKD, CI/CD tools, and monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Understanding of SDLC, testing practices, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.
Proven leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
