R. J. Corman Railroad Services is currently seeking a Groundsman/Laborer to join our team in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

→Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being used.
→Create reports with the help of division managers promptly based on customer needs.
→Communicate with team and supervisor throughout the job process.
→Other duties as assigned.

Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to create and manage reports.
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical capacity test.
On-the-job training provided.

Ability to climb on and off railcars.
Lift up to 100 pounds maximum.
Frequently lift and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working at heights over 25 feet on railroad cars and bridges.
Ability to work over or in water.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work in railroad and field environments.
Exposure to elevated work areas, bridges, and water-related locations.
Enjoy working outdoors.
