Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure up time of:
    • HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, panels
    • DG sets, UPS systems, and power distribution
    • HVAC systems, PAC units
    • Fire safety systems (alarm, suppression, hydrant)
  • Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance (PPM) compliance
  • Handle breakdown management, RCA, and CAPA implementation
  • Ensure statutory compliance (electrical audits, fire safety, EHS)
  • Drive energy efficiency, power optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintain asset lifecycle, AMC/CAMC tracking, and documentation

 

  • Oversee:
    • Housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry
    • Front office and workplace hygiene
  • Ensure high employee experience and workplace satisfaction
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives

 

  • Manage vendor lifecycle:
    • Selection, onboarding, SLA/KPI tracking
    • Contract negotiation and renewals
  • Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and consumption control
  • Collaborate with Procurement for RFP/RFQ processes

 

  • Plan and execute:
    • Townhalls, leadership visits, client visits
    • Employee engagement programs and events
  • Ensure budget adherence and high-quality execution

 

  • Develop MIS dashboards using advanced Excel
  • Track:
    • Energy consumption
    • Vendor performance
    • Cost optimization
  • Automate reporting and support data-driven decision-making

 

  • Manage budgets, petty cash, billing, and expense tracking
  • Ensure financial controls and transparency
  • Maintain records and documentation as per audit requirements

 

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Company policies
    • Statutory regulations
    • Audit requirements
  • Maintain SOPs, contracts, and compliance records

 

  • Act as SPOC for facility-related concerns
  • Manage helpdesk and ensure SLA-based resolutions
  • Collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and leadership

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
  • MBA (Operations/Facilities/General Management) – Preferred
  • Strong expertise in HT/LT systems, UPS, DG, HVAC, Fire systems
  • Experience in corporate facility & workplace services management
  • Proven skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance
  • Strong exposure to cost optimization & energy management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Dashboards, MIS, Analytics)
  • Knowledge of compliance, audits, and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage both technical teams and admin operations

 

  • Strong technical + business management blend
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership skills
  • High ownership, multitasking ability, and execution focus
