Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally.
- →Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters.
- →Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation.
- →Execute trained sales processes effectively.
- →Collaborate with property owners to create, negotiate, and finalize exterior renovation projects.
- →Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and secure future business and referrals.
Requirements
~1 min read- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in the roofing industry or a similar field is preferred.
