  • Identify recurring reporting issues and recommend practical improvements to data quality, templates and workflows.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and interrogate results.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including organising, checking and presenting data in clear charts and tables.
  • Experience using Power BI reports or dashboards to retrieve, interrogate and interpret data.
  • Good PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn data into a polished, concise client-facing report.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, exact approach to quality control.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to explain performance data to non-technical colleagues and clients.
  • The ability to manage several reporting deadlines and prioritise work without compromising accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work without detailed supervision.
  • A collaborative, approachable and credible manner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent. A numerical, analytical, agency or wider business background is desirable, although not essential.
