Associate, Compliance and Risk Implementation

Radian Generation is a global provider of critical technology-forward services designed specifically to support the comprehensive lifecycle of renewable facilities—including solar, wind, and energy storage.

• Support the implementation process for each project 

• Create and review procedures for projects

• Schedule meetings and trainings

• Support regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas; and take notes

• Interface with third parties such as O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others

• Complete regularly scheduled compliance filings or assist the implementation manager with filings

• Assist in collecting and organizing documentation and evidence and maintaining storage structure

• Review NERC Bulletins and updates to NERC Standards 

• Other tasks as assigned by the implementation manager

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 2 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.

• 1-year renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations role.

• 1 year experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles

• Some experience with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects

• Strong skills within Microsoft environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project

• Experience with a U.S.-based company preferred
