We are seeking an energetic, personable, and service-focused Outlet Server to join our restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service.

As an Outlet Server, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience by preparing your station for service, assisting guests with their needs, and maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness our guests expect.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll help set the tone for an exceptional dining experience through genuine hospitality, attentive service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Promptly acknowledge and greet newly arriving guests in a courteous manner, following established service standards.
• Provide attentive, prompt, and friendly food and beverage service throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Respond to guest questions and inquiries with a positive, knowledgeable, and helpful attitude.
• Build genuine connections with guests and help create dining experiences that make them want to return.

Restaurant Service & Operations

• Prepare assigned stations for service and ensure they are properly set and ready before guests are seated.
• Have assigned stations inspected by a supervisor or manager prior to opening for service, following established restaurant procedures.
• Maintain wait stations in a neat, clean, organized, and guest-ready condition throughout the shift.
• Ensure station setup and restaurant service areas meet established cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently throughout the shift to help maintain smooth restaurant operations and timely guest service.

Reservations & Guest Requests

• Answer guest inquiries with a pleasant, professional, and service-focused attitude.
• Take accurate and complete restaurant reservations when assigned.
• Accurately receive and relay room service orders in accordance with established procedures.
• Communicate guest requests and special needs clearly to the appropriate team members.

Cleanliness, Sanitation & Teamwork

• Follow established food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and restaurant service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with fellow servers, culinary team members, supervisors, and other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Support the team as business needs change and help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and professional restaurant environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food and beverage, and/or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate and timely service.
• Ability to multitask and remain positive and composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, food safety, and service standards.
• Flexible availability based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
