An established financial services franchise network is seeking self-motivated Financial Advisors to join its growing national distribution network. Operating within an entrepreneurial environment, successful candidates will empower clients to achieve their long-term financial goals by identifying their protection and investment needs, delivering sound financial advice, and implementing tailored financial solutions. This opportunity offers full flexibility to work remotely or utilise local franchise office facilities. Working hours are standard full-time hours (typically 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday), with the schedule flexibility required to meet client availability and manage networking activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses using advanced planning systems to identify client protection, investment, and lifestyle requirements. Provide holistic financial advice and recommend appropriate wealth and risk products from an extensive, market-leading product portfolio. Generate new business leads through active networking, relationship building, and strategic client prospecting. Build and manage ongoing relationships with client portfolios to ensure long-term goal alignment and account retention. Seamlessly onboard new clients and integrate existing client books into the franchise system. Maintain full regulatory compliance while operating under the organisation’s corporate Financial Services Provider (FSP) license. Requirements Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4). Minimum of 24 months of proven life insurance sales experience. Must meet full FAIS Fit and Proper criteria. Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) qualification is essential. Completed Financial Services Board (FSB) recognised qualification (or requisite credits relative to first date of industry appointment). Class of Business (COB) training completed (where applicable prior to appointment). Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport. Preferred Qualifications: Established client portfolio or personal book of business eligible for migration. Proven track record in holistic financial planning, investment solutions, and long-term risk advisory. Required Software Skills: XPLAN (specifically Goal Development Module exposure) Astute Microsoft Office / Excel Benefits R25 000 stipend per month for 2 months only, thereafter commission only. Uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn 100% commission rates without corporate income ceilings. Potential settling allowance payable over a defined transition period. Full back-office, administrative, technical, and compliance support. Access to operational office infrastructure and lead generation opportunities. Operating under the company's established FSP license (no Key Individual registration required). Comprehensive onboarding programme with continuous professional development and system training.
