A leading automotive organisation is seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Internal Operations Coordinator to join their team in Gqeberha. This role plays a critical part in supporting the administration and execution of client requests, order processing, vendor management, logistics, and customer service workflows within strict contract and service-level timelines. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and log customer RFQs into the system accurately. Interpret vehicle and automotive parts specifications to request pricing and stock availability from vendors. Prepare and issue accurate quotations to clients within established turnaround times. Process customer orders, verify pricing, quantities, and part numbers, and issue purchase orders. Monitor active orders, backorders, partial fulfillments, and delivery schedules to ensure timelines are met. Record courier details, tracking numbers, and updated arrival estimates. Assist with customer returns, component exchanges, replacements, and credit adjustments as required. Maintain CRM status updates, retain complete documentation, and escalate operational delays or risk factors to management. Deliver professional operational support and communication to internal teams, suppliers, and buyers. Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reporting. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric qualification. Proven administrative experience in internal sales, order processing, procurement, operations, or customer service. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Strong communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills under strict deadline pressures. Preferred Qualifications: Prior background in the automotive sector, parts distribution, dealerships, or fleet maintenance environments. Practical familiarity with vehicle components, VIN numbers, and OEM or aftermarket part indexing. Experience interfacing with workshops, commercial fleets, government entities, or automotive dealerships. Required Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) CRM, ERP, or Inventory Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) Benefits Exposure to structured corporate automotive operational management.
