As an Investment Service Consultant, you will join a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional client service in the investment financial services industry. In this role, you will build strong, lasting relationships with clients and independent financial advisors, while equipping clients with the knowledge and support they need to make confident, informed investment decisions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about investments, client service, and personal growth in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities: Provide exemplary service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers through multiple service channels, including inbound calls, emails, face-to-face interactions, and webchat Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders. Assist clients with investment-related queries, providing clear and accurate information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and investment products. Contribute to a team culture that values excellence, integrity, and growth. Actively engage in the organisation's commitment to continuous improvement by contributing ideas and solutions to address client issues and enhance overall service quality. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Science, Science, or related field. Specialisations in Finance, Economics, Investments, Statistics, or Business Management will be advantageous. Quantitative degrees such as BCom Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Econometrics, Maths & Stats, etc. Business Science and Engineering. Proficient in verbal and written communication with a strong focus on client needs and a friendly, empathetic approach. Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and agility in handling various situations. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to use initiative to solve problems. Capacity to navigate complexity and prioritize tasks effectively, even under pressure. Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and contribute positively. Accountable and responsible for tasks undertaken. Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software. Knowledge and interest in finance and investment management. Benefits The company will cover relocation expenses.
