A leading organisation within the industrial mining sector is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Marketing and Brand Communications Lead. This permanent role is central to a large-scale corporate rebranding initiative. The successful candidate will act as the primary brand guardian, overseeing the transition of the company’s visual and digital identity. Rather than executing design work personally, you will operate at a management level, briefing agencies, directing specialist developers, and ensuring all output aligns with the group’s overarching vision. This is a high-impact position designed for a professional who excels at project management, vendor oversight, and digital strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Brand Oversight: Manage the full end-to-end rebranding project, ensuring the new identity is successfully integrated across all physical and digital assets. Agency & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies and web developers, providing clear briefs and ensuring high-quality, on-brand delivery. Digital Infrastructure: Direct the overhaul of the corporate website, ensuring technical SEO, user experience, and visual aesthetics meet modern industry standards. Campaign Management: Oversee the strategy and performance of Google Ads and social media marketing, ensuring lead generation and brand awareness goals are met. Creative Direction: Review and approve all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual standards without performing the manual design work. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones, digital engagement metrics, and marketing ROI. Requirements Proven experience in a marketing management and brand management role, specifically within B2B, industrial, or mining environments. Strong background in managing external service providers, including creative agencies and technical developers Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including Google Ads, SEO, and social media strategy Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and strict deadlines Professional communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical briefs for specialist Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications. Experience navigating the complexities of a corporate rebranding project. Background in the mining, engineering, or heavy machinery industries. Required Software Skills Google Ads (Management/Reporting) Google Analytics WordPress / CMS (Project Management level) LinkedIn Campaign Manager Microsoft Office 365 Trello, Asana, or similar Project Management tools Benefits Lead a high-profile rebranding project for a major industry player.
